Galleria Shopping Centres for GTC – Varna, Burgas, Stara Zagora

Full suite of project management services for the planning, design, procurement, construction and fit-out of three shopping centres for the Warsaw-based retail developer and operator GTC, including the co-ordination of specialist tenant fit-outs for Inditex (Zara), Cinema City, Carrefour, etc.

The team co-ordinated the collaboration between world-class international shopping centre designers and local designers and consultants to achieve optimum retail concepts, circulation and traffic flows and leasable areas cost-effectively on each project.
